“I have been a pupil of Ben’s for a number of years now. He has never failed to inspire, influence and improve my skills as a guitar player. Also he has helped me to learn the keyboards and taught me to sight read which has and will help me in the future. Ben has taken me to levels I thought id never reach: being 15 and working on my grade 8 guitar.”
Lessons and Tuition
Tuition and lessons take place in two ways. The first is 1-1 personalised music tuition for individuals anywhere in the world online via the Zoom app. These are completely tailored to your needs as a musician, from absolute beginners just starting out to advanced students looking to develop even further. There is a free trial lesson, which enables you to meet the tutor, to establish your current level and to discuss how you would like to progress. The instruments offered are listed below with more information, but we may also be able to help with whatever you would like to understand about worship. To book in for a trial 1-1 lesson, email us.
Secondly, tuition is available specifically for churches or groups. This may be for a one day conference or more long term to develop your worship team both musically and spiritually, both in terms of its understanding of what worship is and how to lead a church in it. To discuss options, please email us.

“I have always found Ben to be a versatile and encouraging teacher. All the piano pieces I have learnt have been taught to a high standard. I find the lessons fluid whether discussing the score, music theory, history or musical equipment.”
“I began lessons with Benjamin on my retirement, and with no music knowledge I have now progressed to grade 8, thanks to Ben’s one to one teaching.”
“Thanks so much Ben. After only a couple of years, Lily aged 10 has just passed her grade 5 electric guitar exam with merit. She has always enjoyed learning with you, so much so that she’s added singing lessons now too. You know how to keep her interested, and have a fantastic ability of using terminology that children understand. I’m sure Lily will be doing music lessons with you for many years to come.”
